Installment Options (Terms)
Payments towards the annual tuition can be made in 1, 2 or 4 installments.
Please write only one check per payment date and per family, stating the students' names on the memo line
Payment in a single installment does not carry any admin fee and provides you with one parent team t-shirt as a gift.
The "Student Records" block on the top right of each student's personal page indicates the minimum amount due before the next due date. The remaining balance for the whole school year and all transactions can be accessed on each student's records page.

Payments that are more than two weeks late carry an additional $25 late fee per month.
Why this format? Minimizing the number of transactions minimizes admin workload and headcount, which in turn allows to keep the annual tuition as low as possible.
NB: Admin fees are per transaction (e.g. per check or card payment), not per student.
