Registering your check payment on this form helps ensure that all checks are applied to the correct account for the correct student(s).

After submitting the form, please drop your check off at the letterbox at the school entrance or mail it to the address found here.

Payments by check do not carry any transaction fees.

This is usually the last name used by the student followed by the (maiden) last name of the other parent. (If you are not sure, please enter your best guess.)

Please confirm the period for which you would like to make a payment.

Student Programs and Names

Please enter first and last name and the amount for each student for whom you are making a payment.

Open the fields for additional students if needed. If you would like to pay for one student in two or more separate programs, please use two student lines.

Please list all last names that are printed on the top left of your check.

Please indicate the three-digit or four-digit running number on your check, which is usually found in the top right corner. (e.g. 134 or 1543)
